We are recognized throughout the world for our scientific research, educational programs, and extensive collections which give voice to the stories of Hawai‘i and the broader Pacific.
Hawaii Humane Society: The Hawaii Humane Society is all about helping animals find homes. They run all types of animal care programs and are always in need of help. Whether you give an animal a good home, volunteer, or donate, there is always a way to help.
PATCH Ohana Network: In 1976, in response to the great demand, the group decided to form a private non-profit organization – People Attentive to Children (PATCH) – to act as an advocacy agency to improve the availability and accessibility of quality child care programs in Hawaii. PATCH was incorporated as a private non-profit 501(c)3 organization in 1976.
Waikiki Aquarium: Their exhibits, programs, and research focus on the aquatic life of Hawaii and the tropical Pacific. Over 3,500 marine animals in our exhibits represent more than 500 species of aquatic animals and plants. Every year, 330,000 people including 30,000 school age children visit the Waikīkī Aquarium.
Windward Boy’s and Girl’s Club: Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii (BGCH) has been a cornerstone of the community since opening it doors in 1976.
